How do I book you?
Get in touch with me using the form below. A deposit will be due to secure your booking, once we have agreed on your chosen service.
Will you need any information about our wedding day in advance?
Yes, I will need the locations of you getting ready, the ceremony and reception. Your timeline for the day, a list of group photos and any sensitivities I should be aware of.
How will my photos be delivered?
I will deliver your photos to you via a Pic-Time gallery, this will allow you to download your images and order prints.
How long will it take for the photos to be delivered?
Depending on the photography service you have hired me for:
Weddings: 2 – 4 weeks
Couples: 1 week
Portraits/Events: 5 working days
Do you charge for travel?
I do not charge for travel within a 45 minute drive each way with allocated parking. All other travel requirements are priced separately according to location, time of day and equipment needed for the commission.
What if I want to re-download my photos?
You will be able to re-download them through your Pic-Time gallery which is available to you 24/7.
Do you carry backups incase your gear breaks?
I’ve had no issues with my gear, and have no reason to believe I would. However, it’s best to be safe, so I always bring a backup camera body, lenses, batteries and memory cards. As soon as I get home, your photos are backed-up onto 3 different hard-drives to remove the risk of them being lost.
What happens if you are ill on the day?
I have a network of photographer’s I can reach out to and ask them to cover your day. If I was unable to attend your day.
WHAT CAN I USE MY PHOTOS FOR?
You can use them for personal, social media or business websites/promotional material. However, the photos cannot be sold or submitted to competitions without my written consent.
Are you insured?
Yes, as a full-time professional wedding photographer I am fully insured with both liability and indemnity insurance.
Who owns the copyright?
The copyright is owned by Thomas Neri (Desneri Photography).
